Canada/US Relations: Canada Should Stop Polluting Texas - Quebec

print this article

Greenhouse gas emitted in Canada can affect lives and businesses in the USA, as our world is a very small and interconnected place. A simple call for a technician to come over and solve some computer problem can set into motion a whole chain of events that could one-day be bad for Canada US relations.

First, the technician answers your phone call. Then he or she ignites his or her vehicle. And drives all the way to your computer, gets out of the vehicle, fixes the problem, and then drives back. And then a bill later arrives in the mail for $90 or so.  And some smelly greenhouse gas drifts over to Texas which may cause a slight increase in tensions between the US and Canada.

Transparen's service works differently. After a mildly inconvenient moment of having to pay only $45 for a whole month of unlimited tech support, any time you have any questions or needs, you simply press a few buttons and a chat window appears on your screen and your technician will say "Hi, My name is [insert name]."

Then you'll say what it is that needs fixing, and the technician can use your screen, keyboard and mouse remotely to fix it. It's so simple and fast, and if you want you can watch and learn how to fix the problem if it happens again or if it happens to anyone else. (And that's how you can become the office computer tech and make yourself more valuable to your company!)

Working with Transparen Tech Support is a win-win-win situation because we win by having lots of computers to support and by making all of them operate smoothly. You win by having a tech support team that is able to support your computers, which is always available, and which is trained in how to support you and your company, and your country wins because by helping to reduce emissions you may be lowering tensions between Canada and the USA.

3700 gallons per second spent providing some kind of support
Driving for groceries, to support an employer, or to support the local team can all add up to 3700 gallons per second consumed in the USA. Let that not be due to tech support.
In 2005, the US consumed 21,930,000 barrels per day
When you call for tech support, don't add to that statistic. Instead, call Transparen for remote tech support, provided faster than on-site.
Reduce Computer Waste
More than 140,000 tonnes of electronic waste is disposed of in Canada every year. We can't help but think that some of that would have been avoided if the companies just had better tech support service.
